I'm thinking running will get me the most noticable results in the shortest amount of time. What do YOU think?

Yes! Running next to swimming will change your body dramatically and fast. However, you must rest and hydrate. Carbs are really needed as well as adequate protein. Listen to your body rest when you are sore.

it depends what you mean by results?

Rowing uses more muscle mass than running so per unti of time allows a greater calorie burning - it also tone up more muscles as it uses upper and lower body

but rowing is damn boring compared to running!

mixing up exercises gives better results and more fun

run one day, row one day, swim one day, do a gym class or some pilates one day

Running burns a ton of calories, so it will burn the most fat, but also boost it with strength and stretching to make you more toned and leaner. Focus esecially on your upper body, as these muscles are not as worked in running.

Yes and no. Yes running will give results but it will not be over night. Remember to keep yourself hydrated, and stretch.....

Sex burns about 50 callories every half hour or around there, have fun ;)
