You feel as if you are doing everything that needs to be done but get nowhere.? Is that your question..
Well you need to sit back and look at what you have accomplished. Take a day off and just admire. Or do something that you need to get done for yourself.
Its not that your nowhere. You seem like you have been working non stop and nothing gets done?
Try something else or just take a break. Look at what you have done.

God is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. God is more paradoxical than anyone or anything. God is the source of all paradox.
Since we are part and parcel of God we may have some of His qualities.
