you cannot push that. if he's not straight, he knows it, but maybe he hasn't accepted it yet. he has to do things on his own terms.

Why would you need to get him to "realize" he's not straight. Maybe you're wrong about him being gay. That could be the reason he gets mad at you.
Not that there's anything wrong with being gay. It's just not your life. It's his. If he's not gay, you saying that he is gay is wrong.
