she is not a citizen or immigrant. She just holding a working visa
She stays in prison for about 2 years. She was released 2 weeks ago then she was transferred to immigration detention center. How long she gonna stay there and why they are holding her?

They're holding her for deportation and will send her out of the US.

Even though she had a visa before, she has commited a crime that resulted in a prison sentence. This is probably enough to get her visa revoked and she will get sent to her homeland. She will probably also be banned from returning to the US.

If she is married, her husband should plan to move to her country if he wants to continue the marriage.

How long will she be in the detention center? Until they get all the paperwork processed to deport her.

COuld be a while I know someone in there for like 24 months before they were deported back

She will stay there until they deport her criminal a$$!
