for the longest time i have had this crush on this girl that works at the libary what would be agood way to ask her out without embarresing myself?

Just have conversation with her.
At first, very brief conversation.
Let it develop.
At some point ask, "You're not free for coffee, are you?"
Even then, proceed slowly and gentlemanly.

check out a particular book write a note on a piece of paper that says, would you go out with me? circle yes or no put it in the book sticking out and when she opens the book to stamp it she'll see it she can circle it put it back in the book you can walk away look at the answer if its no then keep on walking if its yes then go back and talk to her. I know it's sounds a little lame, but you wanted a way you wouldn't get embarrassed. That way you have one. Plus I think she would think it was a cute idea.

Tell her u just learned to read and need a lot of coaching but cannot find anyone...and can she help you practice..an hour a day..

ask her to help you find a book and then once she shows you were it is slide into the conversation for asking her out

she cant say no unless she likes someone else or got a boyfriend.
