I don't believe in the biblical God. That God sounds too much like a guy on a cloud with a book, who judges people all the time on their behaviour. That version sounds to silly to me. No offense, but to me it does.

I kinda believe in a God that is a power or energy of Love hanging around this planet. But i have no idea. Belief is in this even a too big word, it's more a hope. I hope this form of God exists.
My logic tells me that my hopes might be idle hopes, but i still hope.

Can you describe me your version of God?

Aliens that experimented with the animals until the created humans from there DNA, and in that DNA was a great thing the mind, however we are at a lost on how to use it to ease ourselves that some how we will come out on top, but a lot of that have to do with capitalism, as for as success and sometime the two get mixed and we think god is giving some of us more that the other, so the alien thought is, that once a person can clear the confusion thrown at them, they can begin to understand that, live is meat to be free and true freedom can be achieved and it to complicated for me to write all of it.

Well,I'm Muslim.
Actually,I never thought that each religion had its own God.
I thought we all had the same God,but each had its own way of expressing it.
So the God I believe in is the God Islam gave me.
Because He made me see things I never knew were there.
He never said anything that didn't make sense to me.
I like the way He convinced me that there's good in everything.
I like the way He made me want to be more than just a girl who'll do her studies, get married and take care of her kids and husband.
I like the way He made not care if someone hated me for my religion because he lacked the knowledge. It's a game of money and hate nowadays anyway.
And I liked it even more, when He proved it.
I like the way I feel, when I do what He told me to.
When I'm walking in the street, struggling with my books to get into the car,and see an old lady trying to cross the street.
I like the way I feel when I'm in bed at night after I helped the old lady.
I like it when I feel that he's proud of me and how he appreciates that I try to be good even though I'm in a time where it's impossible to do all the things I'm supposed to do.
I'm grateful that He gave me the power to be,to become,to change,to forgive,to share,to live,to accept,to love,to breathe and to laugh.
I owe him my conscience, which makes me what I am today.
I love him for being there.
For sensing that he's sitting there, watching over me when I needed it mostly.

My God is a loving God. He cares for all mankind. At the same time, He gives us free will. When we choose to exercise that will - then we say it's God's fault for not interferring in our lives or the lives of those we care about. (And being mad at God is the same thing as blaming him for something).

My God created the world and everything in it. He sent His son to die on the cross for us so that we may have life with him. "Born once; die twice. Born twice; die once".
All we need to do is to accept Him as our personal Lord and Savior. To do that all you need to do is confess that you have done things wrong and you want to change. Pray this to God and He will hear you. Ask Him to change your life.
Now don't think that your going to sit there like a bump on a log and make God do all the work. It doesn't work that way. God will not MAKE us do anything we aren't willing to do. Just ask God to change your heart, your mind, your way of thinking aobut things.

We believe by faith - Not logic. Not all things are logical but still are.
My version of God comes from the Bible.

i dont believe in a biblical god nor a personal god..i do believe there is a god of some sort or some supreme being of force or energy that has guided our species and life in general to surpass its limits and exist until this very day. to think that out of all the creations throughout all of history..past present n future to come..out of all the galaxies in our vast universe where the potential for other lifeforms exisiting is so great...that we alone are god's personal creation is silly to me. im no atheist but there is no proof to believe there is a hell or heaven or spirits that come out of us in any way. i dont intend to insult or diss n e one here but this is juss how i feel. it just makes u think bout things.

My God is the Creator of the Universe. He made people special from the rest of creation giving us a free will, so we could choose to live according to God's proverbial blue print for us or choose to live otherwise. This free will of mine caused Him also to create a method of compensation for my failure, so I could still have a relattionship with Him even when I fail.

Many who answer this question will say "Jesus, is my God."
Although, only a small portion live up to his teachings.
These people are called hypocrites. Hypocrisy is the killer of the Christian Faith.

Me, I believe there is truth in wine. Vino la veritas.
