you know the kind of nap where you feel worse afterwards? I feel like I'm moving slow through muddy water. I hate it.

we learned in bio that if you take a nap you're only supposed to take it for 45 minutes. The shorter your nap... the easier your recovery.

I don't know. Ive never had that happen due to the fact that when I do nap and wake up it is usally after I've snoozed longer than I should have and then I'm running late so I'm going full speed.

I suggest you no longer take such long naps. Naps should be no longer than about a half an hour long.

Yeah, sometimes I feel that way, I never really thought on how to recover afterwards.

ugh i dont take naps cause after it my mood is so baddddd, just hate it.
