He told me that he was going to come see me, but he never comes. I know he loves me and he is super busy, but what should I do?

The best advice I can give you is to ask him why he was late. If he gives an answer such as an extremely vague one or "I was hanging out with my friends and lost track of time" tell him you like him a lot but you're not going to wait around for him and be 'that girl.'

A commitment is a commitment until it's broken. He's broken your trust twice. Don't let him do that to you. Get your backbone straight, and tell him you're through being treated that way. Walk away...don't put up with that.
