I'm sick of going to church every sunday but still getting treated like crap by everybody during the week while god just lets it happen. I want to dump him and move on. Do I just stop going to church or do I have to put a notice in the paper or anything?

God knows the truth of your heart better than you do.
If you truly do want God out of your life then it's done. I don't believe you have to go to Church every week for God to know you. If you think people are dumping on you now... wait till you see what happens when God stops protecting you.
Either way, God will be there if you change your mind.

After your other question about God hating you and preferring the "pretty" girls, I gather you're bitter with God(duh).
If that's what you REALLY want, I'd say you've already done it. No particular method to it, you have just walked away.
But you need to understand, sugar, that He still loves you, even when you're angry with Him. People can be mean, and unfair, but He is NOT. God will not make people treat you the way they should, He gives us all free choice. I know you've heard it all before, but that free choice includes the right to be a jerk. Just like the freedom of speech allows Americans to say things, even if they're stupid.
Know that while He won't make others be kind, He will also allow you to CHOOSE to be unhappy. Make a decision to be content, and not base your happiness on human feelings, which rise and fall like waves of the ocean. God is not a genie who will grant you three wishes, but He will reward you in the end.

Just remember, God is on the inside, not on the outside. Church is less about God than about being social.
God has no more responsibility for the way people treat you badly than he has for the way people treat you well. That's people, not God. Dump the people who treat you like crap, or learn to deal with them better.

God will always be in your life no matter what even though you don't want him to be. If you want to stop going to church, then just stop. You can't DUMP him like a boyfriend, that isn't how it works.

I USED TO GET TEASED,PICKED ON AND SEXUALLY ABUSED EVERYDAY WHEN I WAS YOUNGER.

Christ, in chapter 2&3 of revelation, calles religions" the synagogs of Satan" Dont be suprised with the hypocrisy you find there. God when he came to the earth in the flesh (Christ) he freed us from the bondage of denominationalism. Churhes built by hands and that require membership represent Satans preversion of the truth. Look into your heart and you will discover the true temple of God and then you will no longer want him out of your life but be joyfull he is there bearing your pain with you.

He loves you unconditionally and if you think about it this is not the first time you are ignoring him, but he has always been there.
Don't look for pity or sympathy you know in your heart what is right else you won't be writting this pity party question.
My observation you care too much about people what they think about you if they like you etc.
All that glitters is not gold, that pretty girl in your class, you think you can handle her issues, you may have it better than she does but you will never know cos she hides hers good.

God knows how you feel, he is just not willing to let you go.
God is not their to be a magic stuff-giver-outer. That is what santa clause is for.
If you are upset that things in you life are not the way you want them to be - change them. Don't blame God.
