Fancy grocery stores usually carry Dr. Brown's brand - it's very good, especially with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

Anywhere with IBC. It is a tad more expensive than most other cream soda brands, but it is well worth it.

I don't know where the best place to buy it is, but the best kind is Henry Weinhard's (sp?) Their rootbeer and other creme sodas are intense, rich and creamy. (orange creme and cherry creme)
