well it depends on where you want to lose weight, I have learned.. it's okay to have some carbs.. as long as you eat them before 12 in the afternoon... don't eat past 8 at night.. as your body does not burn anything then because you are basically "innactive" ... meat is good, you just have switch items with other things... instead of a MEAT burger.. use turkey.. same with hot dogs.. turkey burgers are better... but then again like I first said... depends on where you are trying to lose the weight.. plus you can always check on the internet websites versus websites.. if they all say the same thing about losing wiehgt.. then try using it..
