Try Pilates. They just tone the tummy and the thigh area. Plus you get the body of a dancer, lean and tall. rather then bulking up with heavy muscle.

Running is great for toning your thighs and butt as well as giving you a slim physique overall! Kickboxing is also fabulous if you're into workout tapes--Tae Bo is a particularly good one, as well as Denise Austin's Power Kickboxing.
If you change your eating habits to eat healthily (lots of water, vegetables, small sandwiches, and cereal with fiber) 80% of the time and eat snacks 20% of the time, that can also help.
The BIGGEST thing for me was cutting out soda (Coke, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Sprite) and switching to diet--you can drink a LOT of calories that way, and also lose a LOT of weight quickly if you drink water instead of soda!
Just remember that if you don't exercise now, building up to exercising 30 minutes per day can take awhile--don't feel frustrated and don't give up if you can't run out your door and keep going for 30 minutes! Work your way up to it by walking in between spurts of running and you'll still burn calories!

It sounds like you just need to firm up, so exercise. Swimming is an excellent overall exercise, walking or stair climbing will firm the legs, crunches focus specifically on the belly. Watch what you eat and avoid junk food and exercise, you'll feel better and look better in no time! Good luck and have a great summer!

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

10.Ease into Evening - sitting with feet uncrossed, grab ur wrists & raise ur hands above ur head to lengthen the spine. Take a deep breath in as u reach & hold the position, breathing slowly in & out for 20 sec.s, taking longer on the exhale. BURNS 5

work out like simple sit ups, push ups, do a little running in the neighbourhood. Something you like to do and get exercise as well. Dont over work your muscles that can strain your joints making it worse.

have to be serious about losing and yr age remember yr still going upwards. taller. this is a great healthy eating and exercise plan that im on just remember to know yr goal weight

play outside. Chances are you are not overweight, just not toned. You are so young, don't diet, you will slow your metabolism and struggle with weight the rest of your life. Just start playing outside. Sunshine and an active lifestyle will help you boost your young metabolism.
