I just posted the question what should I do cause I am alone....?

I should add that I am disabled and I CAN'T go out for a walk and stuff. My caregiver is gone. I appreciate those types of answers but because of my severe epilepsy I can't go walking alone.

Hello - you are never alone on this site - you can talk to people for hours if you like. Shall I tell you a true funny story? When I was a student, many moons ago, I worked in my local supermarket in the warehouse, stacking shelves and all that. One day when I was jumping up and down shelves I caught my shoe on the edge of some racking and ripped the sole part way off. Rather than go home, which was about 5 mins away, I decided that I would be cunning and use super glue to repair the shoe. The end result was that I of course super glued the shoe and sock to my foot which was extremely embarrassing. It took me about 3 days to cut the bloody thing off and even then I still had this tiny piece of sock welded onto my big toe. As you can probably tell I did not become a cobbler.

Enjoy the down time. Take the time to open a book or write some snail mail to family and friends. Especially the elderly, they love to get an old fashion letter in the mail. Lock the doors and put on some soothing music and enjoy!
