My question is really weird, and I ask people in the net because they dont know me, and so they wont laugh at what i will say. troughout the months I had a health class that grossed me out in everything that we learned, and so, now everything I do, I have to do it with cleanness, I think that I have a mental pregnancy problem, for some reason, everywhere I sit, touch, I have to wash my hands off, or if I dont check were I sit I go and change again. When I take a shower i have to smell the cleam underwear to see that is clean, and if i see something that it dosent match it;s color, i just dont put them, and they go to the wastbasked. I have washed them about 3 times this week, and even if they are clean, I just dont wear them, Please can someone help me? How can i stop thinking like this? this is making me crazy, and I need help ASAP!!

It sounds like obcessive complusive behavior.
If you can't break the habit then you need to see a doctor.
If you are strong enough in your want to end this write up a plan to quit it. For examply. "I will no longer repeate doing things" I will no longer worry so much about things being clean, because this is unreasonable" If you can't stop all this behaviour on your own then get medical help. Sometimes it can be a simple unbalance of brain chemistry. Get it taken care of asap . You don't want this to take over your life. Make the choice now to get help or it will just be more difficult as time goes on. Don't be ashammed and ignore this. It will just get worse. Stop smelling underwear. Make a rule to wash things once and once they are in the drawer you make youself NOT to check. If you can't change your behaviour then get medical help asap. This isn't so uncommon as you think. Don't let this ruin your life and your family's lives. Many people can start to have obcessive behavior and they nip it in the bud. If you can't get some help. Don't be shy about it. Doctors have seen and heard it all. You are not the only one out there with this problem.

I would definately have some sort of pbsessive-compulsive disorder, this usally appears after seeing something like what you did. Sadly since its started I dont beleive you can do anything to stop until you see a psychologist, they wil help you.
And I would nt say youre 'mental' because 'mental' is when you see a giant elephant on rollerskates, eating cereal that follow you around and tell you to hurt people...thats mental. You have just been scared thats all.

Sounds like you have OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Take a look at some info on the disorder on the Internet yourself. I have a friend that has this, maybe not as extreme as you, but I'm not sure, I've never seen him off his meds. So, as I just mentioned, there is medication that can help. Talk to your doctor, they'll have some recommendations.

My son grew up with a silver spoon on his mothers side. His grandma is a clean freak. but still she gets sick from the smallest things because her immune system has not learned to fight these things over the many years because her immune system never had a taste. bacteria is not as bad as people make it out to be.
my son bought a candy bar, walked out to my car and dropped it on the ground (not opened). he picked it up, threw it in the garbage and back in the store to get another. that's crazy.
there are bacteria all over you doing a job. bacteria is necessary for us to live they munch on the real things that can hurt us. if you live in the valley, you have more to worry about then bacteria. also, dirt and bacteria are not the same although there may be some bacteria in dirt, its not harmful. you would see more gross stuff on your eye brow than in the dirt. being clean is different than being sanitary. we were made from the dirt and the dirt we shall return. its good to wash your hands after using the restroom and before preparing food. other than that, its no big deal. if you don't let your body take care of the small things, its not going to know how to take care of the big things. let nature take care of you. you just take care of the obvious-don't eat a piece of cheese when you know its molded. dah. nothing else matters.
A big deal is made over the bird flu and west nile virus, yes its a bad thing but you have more of a chance getting hit by a car than catching these viruses.
Now just tell yourself you had ridiculas thoughts and go back to living normal.

It sounds like you have obsessive compulsive disorder. You have insight into your problem though, so probably the chances are good you can have a normal life with the right treatment. You need to talk to a psychiatrist (not a psychologist- you need a psychiatrist for your type of problem).
