Right well start by making subtle hints, not just eye contact, like reach for a pen on the other side of her, just brush her arm when you go past her, they are subtle but can be effective. start talking to her more, make conversation, no matter what it is. your friendship will soon grow, but it will take alot of effort. Try and confide in someone that you trust that knows her and can talk to her and try and find out who she fancies, or what she thinks about you. Hope all goes well. Good Luck!!

The difference between most guys who have girl friends and the ones that don't is: some revealed the feeling. Sometimes waiting gives the chance for someone else to speak up first. It's not uncommon for 3 other guys to have the same feelings so speak up!

Ask her out. Otherwise, you'll always wonder what she would have said. Take it from me, I'm 42 and not a day goes by that I don't wonder what AS would have said if I'd asked her to dinner or to a dance. I never told her how I felt, and it never occurred to me that she might have liked me, too. Remember, nothing ventured, nothing gained. She might say no, but she might say yes, and if you don't ask, you don't know.

start making fun of her in lighthearted ways, do that for about a week, then ask for her number so you can hang out. You gotta start up the conversation though, maybe ask her what her opinion is on some topic or issue to get the ball rolling.

tell this girl that you like her and if she feels the same way than it could be the start of something great.if she doesn't feel the same way then you can move on and find that someone special.by not being brave you will never know the truth

ask to carry her bag, then start talking. she might say no at first so dont worry. you could then find out from friends what she likes and get involved.
