I have a tmobile sim on a motorola camera phone. It has the internet option but whenether i try to log on it does'nt work.

If you are sure you have the T-Zones package, then it maybe that you don't have the correct internet settings. Call 611 (t-moble customer service from your phone), so that they will send you the correct setting

Is your phone a T-mobile branded phone? If not, then the internet settings in the phone are not set for t-mobile's mobile web. There are ways to change them that you can usually find by searching the web. If your phone is a t-mobile phone, then call customer care.

You have to pay extra for internet over your phone. Talk to your cell provider

there is an internet service fee that u have to pay. the internet isn't free.
