I can't say for sure, but from what you said it is Paracarditis. It means that the external layer around the heart is inflammed which means there is probably an infection in that layer of the heart. An Inflammation means a swollen area becasue of an infection, an allergic reaction, or disease can be called an inflammation.

Well, a hart is a deer. Just kidding.

It probably means you have an infection in the pericardial sack surrounding the heart. This sack contains liquid that supports and helps the heart muscle. My grandmother almost died from an infection in it. Good luck.
