C&C soda is very unhealthy for you. It is cheap soda and its very sugary. Water is better for you because you are putting water back into your body when you sweat. keeping homeostasis stable (lol im a nerd) I like to drink either water or vitamin water because vitiman water is good and YAY IT HAS VITIMANS LOL gatorade is good for your body but it tastes veryyyyy salty (eww)

Water. It cleanses your pores and provides sweat which flushes out toxins (does that make sense?). Also, it tastes good with pretty much any food and is really refreshing. You can drink as much as you want without any consequences and you can't really gain weight from water.

Water, because it's thirst quenching and fullfilling. Soda has lots of sodium, which just makes you want more. Because sodium has salt and salt makes you thirsty. It's all involved!
