Do you have any friends you can call?? A therapist?? Clean the house. Take a walk. Read a book. Just call someone. Get involved in something else so you won't be thinking about yourself. I quit my job and am home a lot. I have been going through old pictures. Throwing away old stuff. Organizing. Hope this helps.

1 You know you have a problem now you need to take the next step and tell your doctor how you feel. Call you primary care physican and tell them and ask them for a referring doctor for depression. Primary care doctors work with many doctors because patients have multiple problems. Once you get on a medication for depression you will begin to feel better. They have many good ones out there as they helped my dad for many yrs.
Then once you start feeling better take a part time job anywhere. Just getting out with people will help you get better. You can't stay in the house all the time because not being with people is not good for a person. Hope this helps you. Good luck,
Pat

Go outside and take a walk or run! That will get the endorphins going to fight the depression. (I struggle with this too!) If you can't go outside, try stretching and doing some light aerobic exercise on your carpet. You can find tons of them at Shape.com.
For entertainment, maybe take up playing an instrument, reading, writing, or dancing. These are good indoor activities. And there are a lot of fun websites to surf! Bored.com and iVillage.com are two of them.

Get out someplace to satisfy human beings. I actually have had a similar thoughts of loneliness and sadness. connect a health middle and be conscious in case you could make some acquaintances there, locate some sort of adlescent team, connect a activities team. Getting out contained in the daylight slightly would help too. i desire you experience extra efficient, that is a demanding and not in any respect continually consumer-friendly situation to get out of.

I think a lot of people get like that, or at least a lot of people I know, get that way at times. If you feel safe to drive, go for a ride. Going out for a walk always helps me. A friend of mine goes grocery shopping when she gets depressed, she says it takes her mind off things and lets her feel like she's doing something useful.

Not to be mean, but you need help. Go for a walk or read a book. If you have a pool swim. Exercise causes endorphins, endorphins make you happy. You need to get into Yoga or join the gym.
