Wow, no drinking or finding someone else isn't the answer. However, you can't live like that. You have to realize you should love yourself more. It's hard to stand but you will meet someone you will love again. He will be a nice memory or bad but you can't erase him and drinking or dating someone else wont help. Just try to entertain yourself with people who love you and in time you will befirend someone who wil appreciate you for the wonderful person you are. Don't get upset he didn't return your feelings. Feel happy you learned what love is. Some people are so bitter and all that they never really love. Now when you find someone else you can share your live with...the feeling won't scare you. Get a dog. They're better than humans. Humans talk too much and then not enough. Dogs love you with kisses and wagging tails. What's better than that?
Cry
Date some people
Cry some more.
Go to A book store with a coffee shop and cry some more. Somebody could see you and turn your life around.
Talk to somebody you trust. If you have nobody you trust other than this one person, then that should be your first priority in life - to get a really good listening friend. That friend could become the love of your life.

I think alot of us wish we had the answer to this one. For me it has been almost four years and I still am in love with the guy. I guess it just takes a lot of time and support from friends and family. And maybe even someday - finding someone who you love even more.

Find someone new and get on with your life. If they don't love you, there's no point in wasting your time on building a relationship. I'm sure there will be someone for you later on that loves you as much as you love them.

love someone else. i know it hurts to love someone and they don't love you back. but the only thing you can do for urself is move on and enjoy life. live ur life..be happy.go out. meet new ppl. theres plenty of good guys out there. someone who will love you back. once you find that someone you will forget about him. u might think about him from time to time but you won't be all that sad and stuff cus you have someone who loves you. don't waste ur life crying about the past..move on..i knkow its easier said than done..but once you've done it..you will feel better : )

you never get over someone you love. you just basically have to pick up the pieces and slowly move on, not to a new guy but first socializing next going on a group date then maybe in a few months a date but with someone your comfortable with

You don't unfortunately. I'm going through the same crap and you just have to accept it. There's many others out there. Just give yourself time to get over this one and start looking for the next. Don't worry you'll find someone who wants you back eventually.

Don't waste your time then. If you've got so much love to give, find someone else to give it to. You will soon forget about the
"unrequitted love" & wonder why you even wasted it on that particular person. He probably knows that you "love" him & would gladly take advantage of that fact, if you let him.
