He was marking territory. He thinks he owns you now.

Males will mark anywhere, it's an instinct. He's already made sure that your sister's house is his, and when you, carrying a unique smell (cats have an acute sense of smell) came into his territory he felt the need to mark you.

Ok, that's disgusting.

But anyway-

Any urine has uric acid. It reacted with your skin. Probably the marks will go away as the skin renews itself over time.

He probobly liked you and was just marking you as his, so no other cats would mark you. Cats are very territorial. He more than likely won't do it again
