ok, have your closest friend ask him out for you when he isn't close to a lot of people, and act oblivious to the fact she is doing it. then if he says yes, you'll be happy, and if he says no, say that you never wanted to ask him out, he will probably say yes. i say that because that is what i did to get my first bf and we were together for a month. GOOD LUCK!
oh yeah, i just remembered something - you have to talk to him about things he's interested in, and be yourself. kinda become a really close friend with him and if he asks you out, yay, if not - see above.

BE YOURSELF!! try to talk to him more, and get to know him better, and eventually yall will know more about each other, just hang out and go to the movies or the mall or something..and let fate do the rest. Don't try to hard, don't change yourself for anybody. If he doesn't ask you, or doesn't like you, it's not meant to be. There's too many boys to be worried about that one guy sweetie.
