On a flat grill or griddle for 15-20 seconds per side. The microwave makes them rubbery, and they dry out quickly in the oven if you're not careful.

Over the stove, on a pan or some sort of griddle. Heat and flip repeatedly until warm.
Any other way (especially microwave) will make it feel and taste odd, and microwaving makes flour tortillas really brittle when they cool off.

Either wrapped in foil in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350F, or in a dry skillet on medium low flame for about 7-10 seconds each side.

on the stove. if you do it in the microwave or steam them then you get that nasty plastic like feel. but its better to buy the ones that arent already heated so that you can put them on the stove on a grill type thing, that way you get the homemade taste. they sell them at the latin meat markets. tacos are better this way. take it from a hispanic lol.

Never nuke your tortillas. If you have time and the means to do it, for hard tacos do oil and shape them, other wise, use the oven to heat them. Even if you nuke them with wet paper towels, they get tough.

In a steamer is the best way, no steamer- wrap them in damp paper towels and nuke 10-15 sec.
