If you mean "tortellini" and "tortelloni", it's only the size. Anything that ends "ini" is generally smaller.

Right. Any thing that endis with -ini means a smaller version of it. Spaghettini is thinner than spaghetti.

Anything that ends in -oni or -one is a bigger version of it. You already know some of these, without realizing it. Minestrone means big soup (minestra=soup). Rigatone means big pasta (tubes) with ridges.

TORTELLINI is a ring-shaped pasta, they are typically stuffed with a mix of meat (pork loin, prosciutto crudo, mortadella) and parmesan cheese although other stuffings.

TORTELLONI is a larger version of tortellini, and is usually stuffed with Ricotta cheese and leaf vegetables, such as spinach.
