Yes,pepsi contains caffeine and this may increase the blood pressure.

It doesn't increase mine. And I've been drinking Pepsi for decades.

While I don't believe that Pepsi itself raises blood pressure, it does contain sodium. For people who are at risk for high blood pressure, it is usually recommended that they limit food and beverages that contain salt or sodium products to keep their blood pressure under control.
