This is a perfect example why liberalism drives a country into an economic death spiral. There's only so much government money to go around, and as long as we're spending big chunks of it on illegals aliens and people who scam welfare, then people who truly need help will be denied it.

I bet you wouldn't say that if someone in your family was an illegal immigrant. I think because we are the USA , we should be open to other countries and cultures . Immigrants are not financially drowning this country WE ARE ! We spend so much money on stupidity and not enough for the things that really matter , like the children , jobs , education , housing for the poor , ect. We are the ones who are the downfall to this country , not immigrants .

Don't illegal immigrants work too? Don't they buy and sell things too? Don't they own property like houses, cars, and other necessities you need to have in order to survive in America? Of course they do!!! You think they're wasting money teaching immigrants, then your more dumber then I originally thought was normal for a human being!! Americans work, they make money, the PAY TAXES LIKE IMMIGRANTS THAT DO. Americans buy and sell things making money and PAYING TAXES LIKE IMMIGRANTS DO. Americans have houses and cars that they PAY TAXES FOR LIKE IMMIGRANTS DO.
See anything different here between Americans and immigrants? Americans make more money knowing two different languages, mostly Spanish and English but it can work with any other language. Making more money means you buy more things and pay more taxes. Tax money goes to the government, WITH A PERCENTAGE OF IT PAYED BY IMMIGRANTS, who use it to pay teachers, fix roads and the like. Immigrants learning English means they also get to do this, so yes I think it is fare teaching immigrants, and if they PAY TAXES LIKE AMERICANS DO then they are not "the financial drowning of this country". Idiotic leaders using the money for something like fixing perfectly, nothing wrong with them roads instead of broken ones, building prisons instead of schools, and all around doing idiotic never gonna us plans just because they can, are making use financially drown with the help of people like you who follow them around like sheep.
Before you go on preaching about how unfair it is, maybe you should LEARN HOW TO SPELL ENGLISH!!! Even immigrants can spell fair and here you are, a person who has been in America like all of his/her life, spelling fair "fare". Maybe they should spend more money and teach you English.

No way. I am also sick of paying the $3.50 an hour to mow my lawn just because it is 100 degrees outside. After getting raped there, I came up with an idea to tax them.

Triple the taxes for anything purchased at a pawn shop, flea market or second hand store. That'll teach em.

If you think there is govt. waste and it is only with educating illegals and their children, you better think twice. The waste this govt does with our tax $$ goes far beyond the educating of illegals. At least in this case, something good might potentially come out of it, and I only say might....

Incidentally, why dont you blame the public schools for this? Did you know the more students they get, legal or illegal, the more $$$ the US govt. gives them. What do you think they do, turn money away simply because the kids an illegal?

Kind of stupid if you ask me, since once they get out of school, few plan to continue using English at all. I do know of some Latinos who do speak English well, and are assimilating (without necessarily forgetting their culture), but most seem it is our job to learn Spanish, not theirs to learn English.

All I know is that my parents paid for me to go to school. They paid school taxes, book fees etc. I took 2 years of spanish as well as 1 year of french. I don't feel that we should provide education for them. They should pay to learn just as everyone else does
