Add shrimp to raw peppers and onions, in a pan on medium heat. Add chili powder, cumin, and crushed red pepper. Cook on medium for 5-10 minutes, flipping when needed, and then turn it down to low heat.
Chop up tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, and lime. Put some whole wheat tortillas in between damp paper towels (3-4 tortillas). Heat in the microwave for 40-45 seconds.
Serve the shrimp, peppers, and onions in the tortillas and add the other toppings as desired- tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado. Squeeze a lime wedge over the contents of the tortilla. Wrap up and enjoy.
My sister and I "created" this off the top of our heads on Sunday and it was so good I made more Monday.

I love this recipe because it's SOOO easy. It calls for raw shrimp, but I use pre-cooked, pre-shelled shrimp. Just don't cook it so long.
California Fried Shrimp & Walnuts
1/2 to 1 lb of shrimp
3/4 cup walnut halves
1 Tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
Mix soy sauce & honey together in a cup. Shell shrimp. Heat oil in pan/wok. Put in walnuts & sesame seed. When they start to brown, put in shrimp and cook until pink. Pour in honey and soy mixture, coating completely.
Serve immediately, usually with rice.

I cooked this last night:
1 pound clean, deveined shrimp. They taste better if you leave the heads on.
20 cloves garlic, just peeled
Pepper, onion powder, salt
Dash of tequila
Fry the garlic in live oil. When they are translucent, add shrimp and condiment to taste. Let it cook for about 8 minutes. If garlic turns brown, ot's OK, as you will throw them away before serving. Add a dash of tequila just before serving.
OR
Cook them in olive oil, crushed garlic and a can of crushed tomato, and a teaspoon of chili seeds. Serve over pasta.
