Well, I would only consider deporting illegal aliens (immigrants follow the law), which you didn't specify. As to deporting illegal aliens, I think if you're going to deport them, you have to deport them all. You can't deport some people who broke the law and then reward some people who broke the law.

Immigrants (legal ones) have a long, positive, and prosperous history in this country. I think that should continue. But cheaters and criminals should not be rewarded. Make them go back and start over again through the legal immigration procedure. I'm not allowed to break the law, no matter what the circumstances are.

Well if we deport all immigrants this is gonna be one empty country and the American Indian can finally spread out off of the reservation again. This country was built on Immigration. I believe what you meant was "should we deport all ILLEGAL immigrants". Please try to learn to distinguish the two. I feel the answer to that is Yes and No. They should ALL be identified, they should all be interviewed. If they meet the criteria that they are working, paying taxes, supporting the family without any aid, then they go into the process towards legalization. Just like everyone else. If they are on subsistence from our government then they should be sent back to their country of origin. If they had a child in this country, they should be given 6 months to show they can support them and the child without government subsistence. If not, out they go. Their own country can support them. There is a guest worker program, they can be documented that way. Come here, do the work, make your money, PAY your taxes, and go home. Statistic are showing that only 30% of the illegals are migrant workers.

Only deport those who are here illegally. They want to live with us, with our protections and our rights, but there's a problem, they're here illegally, which means they've already broken the law. They're all fugitives, which means they have no rights under the Constitution (that, and the Constitution applies only to American citizens). They cut in line, and should be sent to the back of the line for doing so.

First of all that is only a myth that illegals will only do the jobs Americans want do. Who was doing these jobs before them? Americans were doing these jobs before the illegals came and will being doing them after the illegals are gone.Yes the country should have a crack down and put people in the position of you want to come here you will do it our way. Every illegal here is using a fake SS number or one belonging to a person of this country or fake name. Document fraud of drivers license, soc sec;etc, etc is on the increase and seems o.k. as long as it's not your number. One woman in calif had her soc sec number stolen by over a whopping 200 illegal aliens. Wanting a better is one thing. But to lie, cheat and steal is morally wrong and it has to stop. Time to let Mexico attend to it's only people and not export them here

To be deported one must be breaking the laws of the United States. Being an immigrant is not unlawful. Being an illegal immigrant is unlawful. So, really, there should be no illegal immigrants in this country.

i think you're stupid. first of all, no one wants to deport immigrants. just illegal criminal immigrants. you know, wetbacks, fencejumpers, the illegal ones. the lazy ones that refuse to speak english, yet want every benefit the government has to offer. yeah, we want those freeloader criminals out of the country. there are NO jobs americans WONT do, but there are jobs that americans CANT do, because illegals are stealing our jobs.

Deport ALL illegal ALIENS. Legal immigrants have every right to stay but they should learn to speak English as soon as possible.

I think if we deported all immigrants from this country, there would be darn few people left to worry about it. Most of our families were immigrants at one time. I think anyone is welcome here if they come in the legal way.

Nope only the ones that are breaking the law to be here. The ones legally here have entered this country the right way. But the other ones, the illegals, have broken the law to be here and are criminals and are sponging off the system and our resources.

DEPORT ILLEGAL ALIENS

ENGLISH ONLY IN AMERICA

We should deport all ILLEGAL immigrants. If you do the crime, pay the time. Why should we let them get by with it?
