Puff, I really appreciate your desire to help your girlfriend deal with the break up in a considerate way. Some girls can be difficult, but I would have to disagree on the most part with your first two answers. Openness really is the best policy. Tell her what you truly feel, that you loved her, but that you are falling out of love with her and want to break up. Be as gentle with it as she will let you be, but be firm. It's often hard to hear that someone you love does not love you back, and she may try to argue. Just continue speaking the truth with the respect and love you have for her.

if you love a guy and he loved you back but he realized that its not really the true love he's hoping to feel, then you should start evaluating yourself too.I mean of course everybody is free to love and be loved in return but if you're in a relationship that has so many questions, you might as well let go of him.He might tell you the it's-not-you-it's-me reason or maybe the i-need-some-space dilemma, or i-just-realized-that-i'm-inlove-with-someone-else,but whatever it may be,be firm,i know it's hard when the one you love is breaking up with you but remember, before you completely love a person, love yourself first.

i thnk the best and kindest way to break up is be honest up front. yes, it will hurt, but i think it's better that way. that's how i would expect someone to break up with me. just get it over with, drawing things out just really hurts worse. the sooner you are honest, the sooner the healing can begin.

I would expect him to just be honest with me. If he didnt love me anymore, of course i would be upset but you cant force feelings that arent there.

well...i suggest directly, but not in a mean way. explain y u don't like her anymore and all comfort her like u can find a better guy that fits u...becuz it's just gonna hurt her more for the longer it takes u to tell her.

I would just want he to get it over with. i want him to just break it off, not in a cold mean way but just tell me it"s not working out. yes my heart would be broken but it would be better to let good instead of drawing it out and pretending to be happy.

he'll stop showing compassion for you. he would stop doing the things that you guys usually do. and he'll finally just stop calling and caring for you. i hate to say it but he would cheat on you and have no feelings for you if you stayed with him after all these signs are shown. but if i were you i would ask him before all this happen.
