Tricky question. What qualifies as GF? In kindergarten I had girls who were called my GF yet nothing happened (kissing etc) Now by first grade I had quickly kissed a girl. so if that's a GF then I would say by age 5 or 6 if we are talking romance as in dating or necking on regular basis then age 11

I was in 7th grade and i dated the boi for almost 2 years. Alot of people will say that is too young to have a serious relatinship but i really cared about him and he really cared about me. I will always consider him my "first love".
