firstly... how old are you it kinda makes a big difference!
ok i just read one of your prev questions, at your age 3 yrs can be quite a lot, then again when u get to say 23 and shes 20 it doesnt seem so bad anymore... theres nothing wrong with being friends but maybe you should just steer clear of romance with this girl?

stop talking to her if just don't want to be in jail, there is programs that come on tv all the time, where men are talking to young girls and getting busted and going to jail.

She is a child, and can be easily hurt. If you are more then 3 years elder then her please consider someone your age.
She is someones daughter/sister do think about that.
And I repeat, she is just a child.Not ready for any "Serious" relationship.
