NOT I. Too many others in line trying to do it the right way. It is very insulting to those individuals from all countries including Mexico. And as proof that I am not a raccist, my wife is Mexican and El Salvadorian.There are other legal issues and problems that arise all from this one subject,but not enough time or letters to type it all. I love all people from everywhere, God bless you all in a way that is detrimantal to your survival, but don't cut in front of someone that wants to do it the right way and become a United States Citizen. I know there is more to it than that and I understand. But that is the biggest reason next to an even bigger one I will not talk about online.

Apparently not the American congress! They are continuing the debate on the bill and any alternatives which came from the senate. the Congress will not compromise on the border security issue. Bush grabbed senator Pence and had him trot out his "comprehensive" plan, Bush seems intrigued, but once again, our ever loving American Congress has heard the voices of the American public and will not as they stated weeks ago, hear of anything which resembles "Amnesty" which is what Senator Pences plan is.
So, get ready for the new and improved Border security bill which will be passed into law.
1. Border security first! To be certified secure by the department of homeland security.
2. a moratorioum on the issuance of ANY visas Until the dept. of homeland security certifies that the borders have been secured. And will remain so.
3. A drastic reduction in the number of visas approved in order to streamline the back log of applications and investigate the validity of the current applicants information. To be implemented again by the dept of homeland security in cooperation with I.C.E. and the F.B.I.
4. a more "Comprehensive" employer sanctioning program, using the RICO act among other current laws in order to crack down on lazy employers of illegal immigrants, stiffer fines and longer jail terms, along with asset seizure.
Just like the war on drugs, they take all your goodies. And use the funds to catch more.
5. More border patrol agents and a new undercover illegal task force to infiltrate the illegal population and assist with the finding and deportation of illegal immigrants.
6. Immediate deportation once an illegal immigrant finishes a jail sentence.
The deportation would be into the interior of the illegals homeland at least 150 miles or to the capital of said country.
There are more parts to this compromise bill that the house and the senate is debating but that is the main points of law that they have agreed upon so far, there is more but our government has finally heard our voices!
What would you like to protest for now! A new law is coming and it wont be good for "illegal immigrants".

no way. did that before. so, more came in droves and are waiting in hopes for amnesty again. just don't understand why they think it is easier to come here illegally, work their a** off for **** pay for 10 or more years in hopes for amnesty (if they don't get caught first) when they can work to become legal in around 6 years.

Well, the day they get amnesty is the day that all child molesters, murderers, drug lords etc. should get out of prison. After all, they only broke the law!!!!Hell no they shouldn't get amnesty!!!

I personally do not. I don't mind how many immigrants come to this country, so long as they do it legally. That is the only thing that bothers me about immigration.

I believe they should!.. My husband is here ILLEGALLY yeah ILLEGALLY.. He is a great guy, learned to speak excellent english, has a great job, architect and builder..pays TAXES!!!!!!! just for your info, we are not on welfare just because he is illegally here .. and does not disrespect this country..
or how about giving those illegal immigrants who pay their taxes, respect this country.. a chance ??
