Do you mean breakfast?
Fruit is always a good choice. It will provide energy and nurishment. If you like bananas, go for those! Perhaps some fruit juice like orange juice or grapefruit juice.
As for lunch- since you are a vegetarian, I would suggest something simple and nonpershiable- like peanut butter and jelly. Bring some carrot sticks and an apple with you. (a juice box, too)
Good luck on your exam.
PS the carrots are "brain food"

breakfast - protein -either yougurt smoothy with banana or berries or you can eat eggs (maybe an egg and tofu omelet.. Don't pig out on starches. Take a trail mix snack and eat an ounce or so every few hours. For lunch, small amount of protein and a lot of veggies. That's a long exam, so make sure to eat every few hours to keep your blood sugar at an even level. Don't forget to sleep a lot of hours in the 3 or 4 nights before the exam also.

I don't know if you eat eggs, but that's my best advice. Any sort of solid protein is going to give you longer lasting energy for breakfast and lunch. Short of eggs, maybe soy beans or tofu...stay away from carbs for they will make you sleepy. Best wishes

Eat protein such as cheese, or eggs. Consider adding a fruit or vegetable. Lunch more protein because protein tends to stay with you longer than grain or fruits or vegetables.

Oatmeal is always a good breakfast, and pack something that you know you'll enjoy during lunch, but don't eat so much that it makes you sleepy.
