you cannot make *it* any bigger other than surgical procedures. Unless of course you are still in the throes of puberty or adolescence. Then it still may grow to an appropriate size. Being "bigger" is not always a good thing as it most certainly will reach a size of "fits all" .
It is also a general fact that most people lie about size, and you are bigger than you think, Looking down on it gives the appearance of being smaller than actual size, But thats just an optical illusion. Especially if comparing with others.

If you are overweight, losing weight will make it look bigger. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about how big or small it is.....it's not the size of the ocean sugar, it's the motion. Best of luck!!
