Garlic and brewer's yeast, lots of mints, tansy, and a lot of the more aromatic herbs according to a gardenning forum I read.

Good luck! Fleas are *no* *one's* friends!

Somebody told me that the mint's leaves work well. You put them in the places where the animal lives.

The Vick vaporub (that has a similar scent) works too, so I guess the mint works very well. Probably the mint smell doesn't like to the fleas

Garlic. Actually when our dogs get fleas, we mix garlic powder in raw hamburger and make them into the shape of a meatball and give them one once a day. The hamburger is just something to put the garlic in so they will eat it.

I don't know about organic, but what I found works the best & doesn't bother your cat as much is a flee collar!!! Just one works for about 3 - 4 months!!!
