I would melt about 2 Tbs. of butter in a pot and stir in about 2 Tbs. flour. Then slowly add 2 cups milk and stir until thickened. Add about 2 cups of the American cut into small pieces. Then add the cooked macaroni (about 2 cups dry) You can then top with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.

I'm supposing that you also have macaroni and possibly milk. So here goes.... cook the macaroni as normal...set aside. In an oven safe bowl or dish combine 1/2 cup of milk with about a 3 inch section of cheese...I don't know how many slices that would be but quite a few. Add the macaroni and bake at 350 for about 25 minutes stirring several times to incorporate the cheese. Oh, and don't forget to add a pinch of salt. Best wishes

1/2 pound macaroni, cooked
2 cups Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly made buttered bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Put the cooked macaroni into the casserole, pour the cheese sauce over it, and mix gently with a fork. Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top and spread the crumbs over the cheese. Bake, uncovered, until the top is golden and the sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes.

Boil about 2 cups macaroni in pot of water. While doing that, make a rous out of 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons flour, until smells "nutty" and is slightly brown. Whisk in 2 cups milk, let thicken a bit while stirring (may need to boil a bit). Add 2 cups of your 5 lb slab of cheese (grated) until it's melted. Drain macaroni, add to cheese mixture, put in 13x9x2 pan, bake for 30 minutes. Grab a fork and dig in!

Cook some pasta until almost done. Drain well and set aside. Take 3 eggs and scramble them. Add a cup or two of milk, salt and pepper to taste. Take about 2 lbs of cheese and cube it up in bite size pieces. Combine all the ingredients in a baking dish and bake at 350. Delicious

Cook some elbow pasta audente. In a separate sauce pan cut small cubes of your cheese. Add milk and some butter. The less milk you use the more thicker the cheese sauce will be. Let me know how much you are trying to cook and I will give you approximate amount of each item. Once sauce is done add it to your pasta bring to a boil and enjoy.
