My best friend comes to me with a personal question, and I have to clue how to answer, so I ask it on Yahoo, but I ask it as if it was my problem. (Yeah, I know now I sound really stupid) She found out, and now she won't talk to me. I told her that I really wanted to help her, just didn't know how. I know that I shouldn;t have posted her problem, but what else was I supposed to do? She wouldn't talk to anyone else about it, and I was really scared for her. What should I do? I've known her forever, and she knows that I would never do anyhting to hurt her. She I just give her time, because she is stressed?

I went back and looked at the questions and answers. You were very careful not to reveal anything about her, except for the problem. I think that she is taking her stress out on you. She doesn't realize what a good friend you are being to her. She does need help, and much more help than you can give her. Can she go to her parents? I want to say thank you to you, you are showing what a true friend is.

Did you show her the answers you got? If she is under 18, go ahead, piss her off, tell her parents or a teacher you trust. She'll get over being mad at you, but she does need to talk to someone.

your friends problem is not unique, so her and your anonymity is secure. You tried to help her by getting better advice than you could give yourself. Im sure when she has a calmer moment, she will understand that.

Give her some space. Then tryto tal;k to her. Nobody knows who she is, so tell her that you were tryingto help, which you were. She just feels like everybody knows her problem and she is upset.
