No one can prove God is real. NO ONE.

If there were, literally, incontrovertible proof of a divine being, there would be no agnostics or atheists.

And there would be no disagreements between religions, if anyone or anything (such as writings) could actually present real evidence that God exists. The fact that religions disagree proves that there is no actual proof that any "God" is real.

We all have to rely on what we sense is true. Some use common sense, others just fall in line and follow where they've been led.

No one person on earth can prove there is a God. We are limited in our physicality and are confused when we consider God. God is not confused as He considers us. The absolute truth does not require imperical evidence. The earth is evidence of a creator and the Word of God is evidence of the evidence, and the earth and you and in turn God as He exists. So few athiests in the world and so many believers in at least some version of a higher being says that odds are..there is a God. Yet, the God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob is the only God that Has presented Himself to claim you as an individual being rather than some mystical vague "force" or energy. There is a pattern to the faith in the Father of Heaven and it is the found in the earthly family. All things of God's kingdom are rendered again here on earth from the smallest detail to the largest establishement so that we can see the design. The world is full of proof..but don't look for it in people..we are the ones that bring doubt, question and separation into the equation. Love in Christ, ~J~ <>< ;0)

The same person who can prove to you that you have a great great great grandfather that did not land from a space ship...

It is called LOGIC! The eye of REASON alone can know the LORD ALMIGHTY. Heck no one could know gravity until reason was applied firmly and squarely.

Human beings are naive, gullible and ignorant so, they are arrogant. When our knowledge will expand, we will see clearly the Hand of the LORD in everything.

I feel I see the LORD in everything. In the balance of the electrons around the nucleus, in the order of the planets that silently rotate around the Sun... in the tilt of the earth just right so you have everything in balance. THE ARCHITECTS Majesty and works are everywhere. Question is, have you seen a beautiful palace that was not designed or built by anyone?

Reason tells us that is not possible to build a beautiful building without human intervention. How can we be so naive as to believe that millions and billions and trillions of coincidences are working just right to keep us alive.

If the air rises 20 feet and is replaced temporarily with some heavier than air gas, the entire population on this earth will vanish in no time. If the earth loses its orbit and comes close to the moon and crashes into it or the sun, we will all be gone.

BUT that does not happen. NOT YET!! =)

So,

In the Name of the Almighty, the MOST MERCIFUL even to the undeserving.. and extremely merciful to the deserving!!

All praise is to the LORD OF THE WORLDS, The KING Of The Day of Judgment. YOU ALONE we worship and to YOU ALONE we ask for HELP. So, Guide us on the Straight Path, the Path of those who were blessed by YOU and not the path of those who went astray! Amen!!

I can. GOD is a metaphoric representation of one of (if not THE) most important elements associated with the Human condition.

I believe that everything in the Bible that looks impossible is actually a metaphoric representation of something possible, buy equally astonishing. Once you abandon the belief that GOD is some "man" that is all powerful and created the entire Universe 5,000 years ago and accept this fact, the whole mosaic will unravel right before your eves and leave nothing behind but the truth.

The concept or belief in God is not a result of fear in its origination but to its realization. For example, when it rains, you use an umbrella to protect yourself against rain but before the thought of using the umbrella, did not the umbrella exist? Of course God is Higher, and if we were able to see God, would that make him more worthy of worship or less? Scientifically you have to believe in God b/c matter is based on cause and effect so it can not go indefinitely unless matter is perfect and eternal, which it is not b/c matter continuously changes but some thing perfect would not require change b/c it is sustained by itself. So matter has a end, but none the less if you believe that matter always existed and is perfect, who was the Decision Maker to initiate the original change of creation, since you believe in its eternity, you must accept it as perfect in the first place. Thus God must be in the formula as the Originator of creation and its attributes of cause and effect.

Mallory,

Even if there was proof. What would we do with it ?

So even if God was an idea, a concept a theory for some.... Some I found a guiding force with that idea..

For others they claim to have the proof it his presence... And yet, many have not done uplifting actions with that knowing... It's as if it was a fact, and knowing that fact was enough of a Virtue to be laxed about investigating more deeply into God's presence inside the human heart...

Any this was my 5cents.

Anyone who comes to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. (Hebrews 11:6)

If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. (James 1:5)

No one has seen the Father except the one who is from God; only he has seen the Father. (John 6:46)

In God we live and move and have our being. As some pagan poets have said, 'We are God's offspring.' (Acts 17:28)

God created man. He knows what your own soul whispers to you. He is closer to you than your own jugular vein. (The Qur'an 50:16)

There is One God, The True Name, Creator of All. He is without fear. He is without hate. He is omnipresent. He is beyond birth. He is self existent. He can be realized by the grace of the Guru. (The Sikh Mul Mantra)

Only faith can give us that assurance. Faith is believing in things that are not tangible- You can't see God, you can't smell or touch God, but like air, we can know that He's there and that He loves us very much. No one on earth can PROVE that He's real except by faith.

It is faith. besides who on earth have the power to create the similar one that we are living on. the day someone will create the exact copy of this earth, i will agree with them that there is no such thing as god. (it goes to all those who dn't believe in God and always question His existance. If you think God doesn't exist do the things mentioned before. i'll join in your voice)
