There are several web sites that explain this part of female anatomy - and guys would be REALLY smart to look them up and pay attention.

The g-spot is another group of nerves related to the clitoris, but inside the vagina. It is located on the wall of the vagina generally directly inside opposite the clitoris - sometimes not precisely but right close.

The "come hither" motion other posters mentioned is indeed a good way to explore and locate yours. You stimulate it by rubbing.

By the way, the reason that so many women say that "doggy style" is their favorite position is because it is much more likely the man's strokes will pass over the g-spot. "Missionary style" copulation does not always produce adequate clitoral stimulation.
