Never, ever put your life on hold for anyone. (There are very few exceptions you might hold on, like being in the service.) Other wise... its the Cardinal rule! If he hasn't the good graces and respect to get a hold of you in 4 weeks, then assume nothing and just start living and going places again. Put yourself out there as "available".

you leave him. Obviously he doesn't care about you or else he would have called. Don't listen to any of the lame excuses that he is going to give you on why he hasn't called. You are worth more than that. Just find someone that is actually worth your time and be strong.

it depends have u at least talked to him in person for the last 4 weeks. if no then u need to call him and c wuts goin on and if he doesnt have any good explaination then i think its time to let him go.

I would ask myself, why havent I called him back in 4 wks? Hes probably thinking the same thing. He probably said to himself "Hey im ALWAYS calling HER so now im NOT gonna call her and see how long it takes for her to NOTICE i didnt call and see if SHE calls ME for ONCE!!!"
