Thats all normal guys can make themselves go with their minds if they want to, sounds can trigger it just as much as touch can. And if your asking if when a guy feels his penis when its not hard if he gets a pleasure out of it, yes the guy does get pleasure out of it but not as much pleasure as when its hard. (im a guy i know this stuff)
