It means to form an opinion about them or their actions.
Basically the moron is saying that you're not entitiled to make an opinion about them or what they've done...which is totally untrue. You have right to judge whoever you want....It's a free country. Feel free to like or dislike whoever/whatever you want.
I mean I have no problem judging people if they act like asses.
Basically, if someone tells you "only god can judge" them, it's just a good way of;
1. Detecting a Moron
2. Knowing that this person has obviously done something wrong and is probably not a great person to hang out with.
Have fun!

Judging is of many kinds. I am judging where to place my finger on each key before i punch it. The kind of judging that is dangerous is when someone pays a price for our judgment. When I speak ill of a person, I have caused him loss of prestige, loss of believablity, other things that cause that person to literally lose materially, as well as emotionally.
Ultimately when a person who is not qualified to judge uses his "judgment", chances are he is misjudging and causing damage to someone unjustly.
If I was measuring tomotos for a farmer, I would not be able to give him or her exactly ten kilos. Either the tomatos would be more or less than the amount measured. At an atomic level there is going to be some injustice. Even an atom has weight. True that it is not practical to judge at that minute level, but the fact remains that we can not even measure tomatos justly. How can we judge in good conscience a human being, whose history we do not know, whose motives we do not understand and whose needs are known only to the Almighty.
So, judging ultimately is dangerous business, unless not judging would create a clear and substantial damage. If a known rapist is let out and rapes or murders others, because we were too afraid to judge, that is a serious violation of justice.
Balance is the key in everything. But mercy is better than justice any day, with a caveat. ONLY THE VICTIM or THOSE AFFECTED have the authority to show mercy. YOU and I and other third parties can not be merciful. We have to be fair, and just unless it is a matter that affects us directly.
We are in a bad situation ........ all of us. So, we should ask the Lord for MERCY, if not we are all in a great loss.

Only a supreme being perfect, all loving, void of sin, prejudices and all those petty selfish aspects that make up us humans can truly judge anyone of us. For God's judgment will be pure and unbiased. God sees into our souls with full knowledge of our lives. What brought us to make choices either good or bad. When we judge others we are judging the outward actions, we do not have full knowledge of their life history and we have no knowledge of their interior life and struggles. Also our judgment is based on our own measuring stick, one that is influenced by social and personal opinions on how someone is to behave.

When WE (mortals) judge someone, we're giving our opinions and persecutions about and towards that person. When God judges, He's making a final decision about that person (whether or not they go to Heaven and receive Eternal Life). Our judgements are temporary, while His are final. "Only God can judge me" simply means that only God knows who I am and what I've done, meaning only He knows what I deserve and don't deserve- thus giving us our judgement.
If we judge a murderer, we accuse them when we see the event happening in most situations. God will wait until the person's done all they're going to do before He says what they get. Between the event of the murder and they're own death, they'd be able to turn around completely and dedicate their lives to Jesus Christ, instantly granting them access to Heaven. If we were God, we'd send them right to Hell before they have a chance to make up for their sins. This is why we're not God; our judgements are usually not fair and not complete because we only know so much about the person- God knows EVERYTHING about each one of us.
Thus we obtain: Only God can (rightfully and fairly) judge me.

Judging in that context is like saying "You're going to Hell and your life is gonna suck and I don't like you 'cuz you don't obey your parents" Don't get me wrong, you should obey your parents and all, but it's not our place to tell people stuff like that. It's the whole "Love the sinner, hate the sin" thing going on. Also, you really don't want to judge people because in Matthew 7:1 it says
"Judge not, that ye be not judged"
That basically means, don't judge others in a way that you wouldn't want God to judge you.
Now, you can hold a person accountable for something, but do it in a loving manner. Tell them what they are doing that is sinful, why it is sinful, and how to fix it. Through that, don't hate them or anything because of it.
Good luck in your walk!

we are all of god so judgement would be only given to us by our self. many people however, think that another person can judge because of a certain ideal they may represent. in truth though we cannot really be judged even by our self. life is ever changing and what is judged insane today by anyone may someday be considered sane by everyone. god is really just a word to describe the sum of the spirit we all possess. if we think like the whole then we become universally minded and are more apt to harmonize with all. all of us are equally perfect in spirit.

It depends from whom is that judge coming from, here is the real meaning... (who do you consider a qualified person to evaluate someone/somthing)
A judge, may be a qualified person who evaluates and passes judgment on something. For example, a judge at a county fair might award prizes to the best cattle or best jam, while dog-show judges at a conformation show determines which of several dogs best meets the breed standards.

Man can judge a person by man's laws. You remember when Jesus told the pharisees to render to Ceaser? You break man's laws and men will judge you.. You have already broken God's Law, all of us have. That isn't a judgment it's an agreement with God. Jesus took your place and mine and was judged by both men and God and died on the cross. God now offers you total forgiveness and you will only meet Him as His beloved child to be given reward..

It means that we as humans have faults of our own. We do not truly understand what God sees as right or wrong. We have no right to tell people what they are doing is against God's will, when we do not know for sure. We can only guess. God chooses what is right and wrong. We can only do our best to live our OWN lives according to what we HOPE is God's will. God will decide who has lived the way he hoped in the end.
