Flattery, complements, praise from friends and family, hopefully sincere ones anyway.
Think of all the good things you have done for others. Think of all the good things you can contribute to this world and what a big difference you can make.

1. Help someone who needs support. This will make you feel proud and confident because you make others' life better.
2. Set small goals each time when you face something complex and challenging. That will make you feel satisfied and competent.
3. Talk to someone who loves you and ask for their encouragement.
I hope those will help you. Have a good day!

Buy yourself a ridiculously awesome pair of shoes. Make sure you leave the house looking your best every day, and tell your reflection how fabulous you are. The more often you tell yourself, the faster you start to believe it, and sooner you will feel better about yourself.

Look yourself in mirror everyday and tell yourself you are a beautiful good person and you are loved by God. It's difficult and you might feel foolish at first but it really works!
Also think of all your good qualities. Are you kind, generous, considerate, care about others, honest? Your negative feelings were probably instilled in you by well meaning others but we are all special and unique. If you are not hurting others or yourself, you are a good, beautiful and worthwhile person!

Yoga is the very best.
Breathing is second. Concentrate on nothing but your breathing. Pay your full attention to it. Close your eyes.
Do this for a long as you can stand it.
Meditation is the best long term solution.
Yoga is the best way to start.

Chocolate. Orgasms. Exercise.
Also, sit down and find out why you don't already have confidence. "Instant" confidence usually won't last. You may want to find what you don't like about yourself, and start changing that.
