I am Mormon, been to the temple many times. Every time is better than the last, it is a beautiful, peaceful place where sacred ordinances are performed. It is not scary, it is the house of the Lord, how could that ever be scary? When I received my endowment, went into the Celestial Room, and was surrounded by my family and friends, to me, that's what heaven will be like! Surrounded by those you love! When I was sealed to my spouse for time and all eternity, that was the best day of my life!
p.s. what's wrong with being kinky?

Scarier things happened in the temple of the Jews. Imagine talking to an angel, like the father of John the Baptist did! Hasn't exactly happened to me. Imagine having Jesus overturn the money tables and throw them out of the temple! Haven't seen anything like that, either. Imagine getting struck dead for touching the Ark of the Covenant. Never saw that either. When you think of all the scary or weird experiences that have happened in the House of the Lord as mentioned in the Bible, makes me wonder, what is wrong with me that I haven't had those experiences?

Even though I've never been in one it is a place free from Satans influence, it is the one place in which one can gather their thoughts together. It's one of peace and love, where everyone is equal. The richest business man and the poorest farmer, all dress alike.

Yes! Joe Smith tried to eat me! And I was like, whoa, explain your religion. And he was like, don't drink coke, don't marry black people, wear holy underwear, don't call yourself a Christian, believe that I ran with heavy gold plates up a hill when I was 14, believe that God has a bunch of wives and is up there right now making babies, and you're all good. So I punched him in the face and stole his coke.

My x's parents were Mormon's...Just too much Jesus and too many kids! I hated eating with them cuz you ALWAYS have to pray...and what's with no beer/caffeine?
ps-mormons are kinky...[nothing is wrong with it, but his parents are MEGA MORMANS...and he's, well, NOT]

My ex's mother told me how before she got married they laid hands on her (reached up under her sack cloth kind of robe) and blessed her genitals. I say you better buy me dinner first.
