How about something like this: I am a hard worker, efficient, practical, determined and motivated (any other strong and good qualities that describe you and your position at work). This has been demonstrated through the quality of my work, such as (put in an example of something you did a really good job on). I also have grown as an employee, I have learned ( whatever you learned through a detailed experience) and then write how you intend to use what you learned in the future. Finally, through this job/position, I have grown a lot and am a better worker and I intend on working hard and demonstrating my skills for which I have been hired.
