Use a blowdry lotion and apply it directly onto the roots, but don't use too much as this can give the impression that you have greasy hair>I use LOREAL 'hot2straight', it's in a pink bottle and gets your hair really straight and frizz free.
Also when blowdrying your hair, make sure the air-flow is pointing downwards. Use the appropriate brush aswell to achieve a smooth effect.
Serum is also good to get rid of frizz, I usually use it on the ends but try using it where any frizz occurs. You can either use it on wet/dry hair.
Some products can make your hair look greasy though so start by using a small amount, that way you can always apply more if needed.
Go to your local chemist, you eed to try out all different products on the shelves for yourself to see what products suit you best.
Hpe this helps and don't worry there are products out there to get rid of frizz, even shampoos, I use MATRIX Sleek Look it's the best shampoo in my eyes!!!! ;-)

There is a Hair care product called Frizz-ease, u can probably find it at your local drug store, or major grocery store in the Health & beauty Section with other hair care products.
Frizzy hair is caused by dryness and static electricity.
The one ultimate way to get rid of frizz is shave your head...but that's a bit extreme for most, but it makes it very easy..lol

Ah, a fellow sufferer! Besides using the products mentioned below...you can do the following:
1. Do NOT wash your hair everyday. It makes the problem worse. Just wet your hair in shower, add some conditioner and then rinse and style as usual.
2. Avoid blow dryers and curling irons where possible.
3. Keep hair colouring/streaks etc down to a minimum.
4. Ensure you get a hair dresser that knows how to cut your hair for your hair type. You just can't cut it any old way.
Good Luck!

Always make sure your hair is completely dry before you try to style it or straighten it. If it is still damp when styling then the hair stretches and then kinks back up again giving the effect of frizz.
Try a hair-drying protection serum. Charles Worthington Range is pretty good and Trevor Sorbie.

First of all, I use a leave in conditioner like ones made by Pantene. Then also I use another product once in a while (once every two weeks or so) called Cholestrol (very inexpensive and you can find anywhere you buy your usual shampoo). I also use a comb after I dry my hair and try to limit the amount of alcohol based products on my hair (very drying). Also if you take your regular conditioner and heat it up in hot water (in the bottle) and apply it as usual to your hair it will be absorbed a little better.

Well, first of all, I think that frizzy hair can be very pretty.
But if you really want it straighter - there are dozens of products on the market that help a bit.
I have tried most of them (I have pretty frizzy hair!!!) and John Frieda sweems to be the best. Wella is a good second.
Yu can also use straighteners - though they damage your hair over time.
I guess - get your hair trimmed regularly by a good stylist, always use conditioner and stay out of the drizzles - when it rains my hair gets frizzy no matter what I do!

The way I keep the frizz out of my hair is using biolage moisture shampoo & conditioner, then I use biosilk before or after I dry it, I never use hot setting on my blow drier, and then I straighten it with my chi straightner. These products work miracles trust me, I would never switch to anything else.

use hair frizz serum in the morning or when you are out and about bring some hairspray and a comb and spray it on the comb to calm the frizz away

What I do after blow drying or just air drying is take a little bit of cream (body/hand cream) and rub it between my palms and then run it through my hair. It takes the frizz right out!
