none of them, the cat probably scratch the heck out of me, and the dog, knowing my luck, i probably get the biggest meanest PITBULL land on me and rip my head off!!!
i think i'll wait until the rain is over, thanks.!!!

Have you ever been near a wet cat? They go nuts!!!! Not to mention they do have very sharp claws. So yeah I pick the dog.

i prefer to hit by water (cause it's raining.. .hehe...)
but if we were to take your question literally, i prefer dog -- they're a little heavier, but cats panick too much -- they might scratch me soon as they land on me.

If I had to be hit, I'd go with a chihuahua. They're tiny, so shouldn't hurt too much.
