we met at a camp in CO and we became good frineds.. amd we deided to go out, but we live in differnt states, and we only c each other every year. we e-mail and aim each other , but how do we go out.

Simple, you can't, so just decide to become pen pals. You are way to young to be thinking of that yet. If you stay friends, then when you are older, you can work something out. It sucks, but that's life at your age.
