Hello. I am interested in a guy at work and enjoy talking to him, etc. and he seems to want to talk to me and stuff at work, but I would like to go out on a date and get to know him better, what do I do?

I guess I should have said that I'm only 19 and I work at a grocery store, so it's not like...my "real" job or anything.

ask him out yourself like to lunch or somthing just be like hey do u want to do somthing together like go out and eat or like movies or somthing trust me if he does not want to just wait you will find someone else

ask him if he wants to go out for a drink on friday after work and just say at the end of the evining shall we do this again see what he says then on the secound go tell him how you feel if he says no to friday after work drinks ask him to let you know when he would like to go for a drink with you

you can suggest a team outing to build comraderery and teamwork ... an just send to him asking his thoughts on location and time.
it leaves you an out in case you miss read his feelings...
