Women seem to hold grudges longer than men. I sort of wonder if this is because our society encourages women to be "nice", but rewards men for being aggressive. Whenever men have conflicts, they usually just duke it out and it's resolved afterwards. However, since a lot of women haven't learned good conflict resolution skills, they tend to be a lot more vicious. If a woman has a problem with you, instead of confronting you directly, she will usually be nice to your face and then stab you in the back and sabotage you. This is one reason why I feel more comfortable working with men instead of with other women.

of course girls outnumber the guys on it. guys dont generally slap they punch. but then most girls that I know punch rather than slap too. and I answered that other question! dont I count for anything? lol
